In early August set up a meeting with the previous Amateur of the Year recipients to vote on the new recipient. This allows time for the plaque to be engraved.

Bob Hanna, K8ADK or Chuck Ferguson, N9NIR has previously purchased the plague.

The present recipient presents the plaque at the September TMRA General Meeting.

Arrange for a photo of the presentation by Bob Thompson, N8AJP or Chuck Krukowski, KB8FXJ.
